How it works
- 01 Answer a few questions.
ZIP first, then your age, whether you are working, whether a doctor is treating you, whether you applied before, and whether you already have a representative. About a minute.
- 02 Leave your name and number.
That is the whole form. No medical records, no diagnosis, no Social Security number - we ask only whether a doctor is treating you.
- 03 A participating attorney reviews it.
If your answers match what they look for, they contact you for a free case review. You decide what happens next.
Plain answers
What does the free case review cost?
Nothing. The review is free. Applying for benefits at ssa.gov is free. Representative fees for SSDI are capped and approved by the SSA and are paid only out of past-due benefits if you win - confirm the terms with the attorney before you sign anything.
Is this the Social Security Administration?
No. SeekYourJustice is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Social Security Administration or any government agency. You can always apply on your own at ssa.gov.
Do I have to be denied first?
No. Attorneys help at every stage - a first application, a reconsideration, or a hearing. Your answers tell them which.
Who sees my answers?
Four Nine Nine Ltd, which operates this site, and the participating attorney or intake provider your request goes to. We ask only whether a doctor is treating you; we do not ask for diagnoses, records or your Social Security number. See the Privacy Policy and the participating attorneys page.
